1.One-Fuel Ltd. Website
Thank you for accessing www.1-fuel.com and associated domain names, addresses and websites (the "Website"). Please read these terms and conditions (the "Terms") carefully, which apply to your use of the Website.
This Website is owned and operated by the “One-Fuel Ltd.", a limited company, registered in England and Wales (company number 07120983) on behalf of itself. The registered office of both One-Fuel Ltd. is Haines Watts Chartered Accountants, Keepers Lane, The Wergs, Wolverhampton, England, WV6 8UA.
One-Fuel Ltd.is registered for VAT with the registration number GB xxx xxx xx. One-Fuel Ltd. is registered for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, with the registration numbers xxxxxxxxxxx.
2.Use of the Website/Password Security
2.1.By using the Website, you signify your acceptance of these Terms in consideration of which we will provide you with access. From time to time we may amend the Terms, and accordingly, please continue to review the Terms whenever accessing or using the Website. By continuing to use the Website after any such amendments have been made you are agreeing to be bound by such Terms. If at any time you do not wish to accept them, you should not use the Website.
2.2.You will have access to some areas of the Website without having to go through any registration process. Certain areas of the Website are only available to users who have a password. If you have a password it is your responsibility to keep it confidential and secure, and not to divulge it to any third party. You must notify One-Fuel Ltd. immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your password.

One-Fuel Ltd. has no responsibility for the content of these websites, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses or penalties whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any linking to any location on any linked websites. 3.3.All materials on the Website including (but not limited to) text, content, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, names, logos, trade marks, and other material ("Content") are protected by copyright, trade marks and/or other proprietary rights. The Content includes both content owned or controlled by One-Fuel Ltd., and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to One-Fuel Ltd.. All individual articles, reports, and other elements making up the Website may be copyright works. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Website.
3.4.You may not use One-Fuel Ltd.'s trademarks, logos or other promotional images, or trade names, or those of any other legal entity represented on the Website without One-Fuel Ltd.'s consent and / or the consent of the owner or owners, in the event that it is not One-Fiuel Ltd., and you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in or to any of those names, logos or other promotional images, and marks. You agree to notify One-Fuel Ltd. in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of those names, logos or other promotional images, and marks.
3.5.You agree to notify One-Fuel Ltd. in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of the Website by any party or of any claim that the Website or any of the contents of the Website infringes any copyright, trade mark, or other rights of any party.
3.6.You acquire no rights or licences in or to the Website and/or the Content other than the limited right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms. Other than as set out in this section you may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, adapt, upload to create derivative works from, transmit, or in any other way exploit any part of the Website. 4.Limitation of Liability
4.1.The Website and the Content are provided on an "as is", "available basis" excluding any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for any particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. One-Fuel Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability for functions contained on the Website and makes no warranties that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
4.2.One-Fuel Ltd. does not warrant that the Website is compatible with your computer equipment or that the Website or its server is free of errors or viruses, cancel bots, worms or Trojan Horses nor any or all other computer malware. One-Fuel Ltd. is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features. 4.5.You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless One-Fuel Ltd., its employees, representatives and agents, from any claims, actions, demands or other proceedings brought against One-Fuel Ltd., its employees, representatives and agents by a third party arising out of (i) your use of the Website; (ii) any breach by you of these Terms (iii) any deletion, additions or alteration to, or any unauthorised use by you of the Website and/or any Content.
4.6.You agree to pay One-Fuel Ltd., its employees, representatives and agents all costs, damages and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal costs) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with any such third party claims, suit, action or proceedings arising out of such third party claim.
4.7.In no event will One-Fuel Ltd. be liable for any loss, including without limitation indirect or consequential loss, or any damages arising from loss of use, data or profits (which includes, without limitation, loss of business revenue, loss of winnings, sponsorship or any other loss of anticipated income or savings and wasted expenditure) whether in contact, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and/or any of the content.
4.8.Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you, or any third party, may have as a consumer.
5.Use of data

6.Events beyond our Control
6.1.One-Fuel Ltd. will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control whether reasonable or otherwise.
7.Applicable laws
7.1.The Website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where for any reason the publication or availability of the Website or Content is prohibited. Those in respect of whom such prohibitions apply must not access the Website. One-Fuel Ltd. does not represent that either the Website or the Content are appropriate for use or permitted by local laws in all jurisdictions. 7.2.The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
